Individual Therapy
Do you find yourself just "going through the motions?" Perhaps you are struggling to make decisions or find yourself in frequent conflict with others around you. Maybe you've experienced a loss or a trauma. Whether you are struggling at home, work, in relationships with others, or just internally, individual therapy can help get you back on track and motivated for success.
Couples Therapy
Whether you are a newlywed or have been together for 60 years, relationships are tough and take devoted time and effort to maintain. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I combine individual and couple's sessions to best understand and work with you and your partner towards healing. The best relationships are those we tend to regularly. I'm here to help resolve conflict, promote open and effective communication, and help address unwanted patterns and cycles that lead to unhappiness.

Pre-Marital Counseling
You've got the ring and now the clock is ticking until your big day! Be sure to invest in your future as a couple with pre-marital counseling!
Using the Prepare/Enrich program, I work with engaged couples on topics such as finances, in-law relationships, friendships, decision making, intimacy, and much more! Each partner completes an assessment to help determine strengths and areas to work on within the relationship. After several sessions of processing and relationship building activities, you will leave with your own skills guide to look back on as you venture into marriage!
Distance Therapy/ Teletherapy
Teletherapy sessions might be right for you if:
-
You only have an hour for lunch and can't commute to the office in that time
-
You have limitations in your transportation or scheduling on a regular basis
-
You have a high-profile status or special concerns about privacy that prevent you from wanting to be seen leaving the office or in the waiting room
-
You have physical limitations or chronic illness
-
You travel for business or leisure often and don't want to miss sessions
-
We have a poor weather day or one of us has a cold
Details: Teletherapy is conducted through a video app specific for therapists and is secure and easy to use. All you need is a private, quiet space with internet connection for your mobile device, computer, or tablet. I conduct teletherapy sessions securely from my business or home office. Fees for teletherapy are the same as in-office therapy.
Due to license restrictions, teletherapy is only available for those located in NC or SC.
